All our teachers are senior Chartered Physiotherapists who have undertaken further training to qualify as Pilates Instructors through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (www.ausphysio.com ). As Chartered Physiotherapists we can offer our clients the highest standard of care and make individual modifications to take into account medical and physical conditions.

Amanda Savage MCSP MSt (Cantab)
Amanda established PhysioPilates in 2002 to offer Cambridge high quality Pilates classes taught by Chartered Physiotherapists. As well as being an experienced antenatal Pilates teacher, Amanda specialises in physiotherapy for pelvic floor problems (incontinence, prolapse and pelvic pain) working at both Addenbrookes Hospital and in private practice (www.southcambridgephysio.co.uk ).

Nicola Day BSc (Hons) MCSP
Nicola Day is also a senior Women's Health physiotherapist at Addenbrookes Hospital working on the maternity, gynaecology and oncology wards. Nicola teaches both Antenatal and Postnatal classes.

Susanne Guly   BSc MCSP
Susanne Guly works as a Senior Physiotherapist at Addenbrookes's Hospital. She is specialized in Neurosciences and looks after patients with neurological conditions and those who have undergone neurosurgical procedures. This includes treating critically ill patients in intensive care. Susanne is a Certified Pilates Instructor and has trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). She qualified as a physiotherapist in Germany where she grew up and moved to the UK/Cambridge in 2004.
